Leaders focus the attention of others

  • What are some things that teenagers need to focus on in our group?
  • As a leader how can you focus the attention of teenagers on things that matter?

Goals

  • What is one personal goal that you have this year? Make it clear (what, when, how).

Distractions

  • What can you do to remove distractions from your life that are keeping you from achieving your goals?
  • Is there anything that distracts you from impacting the students in the room on Wednesday nights/Sundays?

True success isn’t about doing more. True success is doing more of what matters most.

  • What matters most in our youth ministry?
  • On a personal level are you doing things that are good but keeping you from moving forward with more important things?

Our goal is to see young people truly connected to God and to God’s people.
